Signup Luno Account
If you want to signup a Luno account, follow these helpful tips;
1. Enter https://www.luno.com/invite/ZBFYZ in your browser
2. A page shall display with a blue background. On that page, navigate to the top right corner and click on the “Signup” button.
3. Next, type your email address or use the option to sign up with Google/Facebook
4. Then, use a strong, secure password (seriously, a strong one – you won’t regret it)
5. Finally, click “Sign up”
Tips:
When signing up your Luno account, make sure to signup with an email address you can have access to at any point in time. The reason is that Luno will send you a confirmation link. You will be required to open your email address and click on the link. This is to confirm that you have access to that email.
Remember to check your spam folder – sometimes Luno email is flagged by spam filters. If this is the case, you may want to add Luno to your address book to make sure you don’t miss out on notifications from Luno.

How to Verify Your Identity On Luno
If you’ve successfully signup a Luno account, you will need to verify your identity. This will enable you to buy or sell digital currency on the platform. The process is similar to opening a bank account. The Luno website and mobile applications assist with this process. When you sign in for the first time, you’ll see the HOME page with the welcome card indicating your progress in the middle of the display. See a screenshot below;
Next, click on VERIFY NOW to begin the setup process

How to Verify Your Phone Number On Luno
As part of the verification process, you will need to verify your mobile number on Luno. To do that, type your mobile number (don’t forget the country code) and tap SEND CONFIRMATION SMS.
You will receive an SMS text message containing a code to confirm your mobile number. If you do not receive the SMS text message, tap CALL ME INSTEAD and you will receive an automated voice call with the code.
Enter your personal details
When you signup a Luno account, you’ll need to enter your personal details on your profile. To do that, enter your name exactly as it appears on your identity document. In some countries, Luno may ask you to enter your identification number and allow you to start buying Bitcoin immediately.
How to Verify your identity
If you are not automatically verified after providing us with your phone number and personal details in the steps above, you can verify your identity by submitting your identity documents. This feature is only available in certain countries.

How To submit your documents on Luno:
From the side menu, click SETTINGS and next to verification click on UPGRADE. Submit a high-quality photo or scan of your national identity book, identity card or passport. The document should clearly show your personal identity number, names, date of birth and a clear photo. Later, we may ask you to verify your address.
To verify your address, please submit a high-quality photo or scan of a proof of residence document where your name, address of residency and date of issue are clearly visible. The document must not be older than 3 months from the day of its issue.
