Data gifting is an airtel data sharing feature that can be carried out by simply buying data directly for someone. Unlike Data Me2U, airtel data gifting requires money. That is to say that, you will need to use airtel ussd code to purchase a data plan for someone else. We’ll also take a look at how to get that done below.

How To Share Airtel Data using Me2U OR Data Share
How to share data on airtel to airtel using data share feature is pretty simple and does not require any stress work. All you need to do is to turn on your mobile phone and then follow the steps below to get that done right away.
- Dial *141#
- Next, choose option 6. The option is Data Gifting & Share. Or you can simply dial *141*6#
- On the next page that appears, select option 4 which is Data Me2U
- Select option 2 on the next page. That lets you to send Me2U data from existing allowance
- Enter the airtel number you wish to send the data
- Enter the amount of data you wish to transfer to the person
- Enter your PIN
- Confirm the action and you are done

- Choose the data plan you want to buy for the person. That is either monthly, weekly, or daily. Note that there are also the mega bundles
- Choose the data bundle and activate the option
- Enter the number of the person you wish to buy the data for
- Enter your PIN
- select the bank you wish to use and then finish it up

No. You are not auto-renewed on a shared data.
How much data can be shared at a time?
You can share a maximum of 200MB data to one person.
How many people can I share data with?
You can share data with a maximum of 2 recipients daily. This means that you can share a maximum of 200MB each with 2 recipients daily.
How can I access Data Gifting?
By dialing *141#. Dialing this string returns a menu, then you select the option for Gifting or Me2U.
