How can I turn off auto-renewal?
Automatic renewal is turned on with each subscription purchase. If you purchased your subscription through the website or Android app, you can turn off the automatic renewal feature at any time prior to the renewal date by following these instructions:

Click/tap on Manage Subscription
Click/tap Stop Subscription, which will stop any future billing
Select the reason for ending your subscription, select Continue, then click/tap on Stop Subscription
Once you have followed all the above steps successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will continue to have access to the paid features of the site through the remainder of your subscription time.

If you wish to turn the auto-renewal feature back on, please follow these instructions:

Click/tap on Manage Subscription
Click/tap on Restart Subscription which will turn the renewal feature on
Your subscription will then renew on the originally scheduled renewal date.
How do I update my password?
You can update your password at any time through the site if you know your current password. To do so:
Click/tap on the photo thumbnail, or ☰ if using a mobile device
Click/tap on Account Settings, then Account Info and select Edit next to the password field.
Enter your current password and your new password, then verify the new password.
Click/tap Update Password.

How do I change my location?
To update the location listed on your profile:
Click/tap on the photo thumbnail, or ☰ if using a mobile device
Click/tap on Account Settings, then Account Info
Enter your Zip Code, or begin typing the city you live in
Select the correct location from the drop-down menu
If using the full site, be sure to click on Save. If using the app, your entry will be saved automatically.
How do I update my email address?
To update your email address:

Click/tap on Account Settings, and then Account Info.

Enter your new email address twice and click/tap on Update.
How do I buy a subscription?
Our Premium subscription offers full access to the site, with the exception of the Spotlight feature. To purchase a subscription from the website:

Please keep in mind that multi-month subscriptions are collected in one lump sum and not in monthly installments. To ensure uninterrupted service your subscription will renew for the same duration unless the renewal feature is turned off prior to the renewal date.
